JV Computers highly encourages the use of secure messaging for technical support requests, especially for credential information (logins/passwords) and other sensitive information by using Signal messenger, a FREE, secure, end-to-end encrypted solution.

Signal does not have any of your messages and cannot decrypt them at any central location. Per Signal's privacy policy:
"Signal cannot decrypt or otherwise access the content of your messages or calls. Signal queues end-to-end encrypted messages on its servers for delivery to devices that are temporarily offline (e.g. a phone whose battery has died). Your message history is stored on your own devices."
*Regular SMS text is not encrypted and will not be used by JV Computers for communication regarding any sensitive, personal information. If you do not have Signal Messenger, JV Computers recommends you download it today! If you choose to not do so, any sensitive information will be transmitted via a secure, encrypted link via e-mail, requiring a second method of authentication with a temporary password provided either by text or over the phone. However, this will add complexity and time to obtaining your information.
